How do I place an order?
A: Orders can be made through our website or by calling
888-623-6556 and speaking with one of our representatives.
What
are your hours of operation?
A: We are open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m – 5
p.m. PST. Saturdays and Holidays by appointment only. However, please feel free to call us at anytime seven days a week and
do leave a message because a representative will call you back
at their first opportunity.
What
forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express

Will you match a competitors price?
A: If you find a lower total delivered price on an identical bike(s) from another authorized dealer, we will do our best to match that price. Please see our price match policy.
How do I determine which bikes are in stock?
A: When you place a bike in your cart, the system will inform you of the estimated ship time. Typically, if a bike is out of stock and not due back for more than eight (8) weeks, the bike will be unavailable to order. There are times when we have a bike available in red, but don't have matching fenders, so when you place your order for a red cruiser with fenders, the bike appears out of stock. You can try to add the bike without fenders or order it with chrome plated fenders. Because bikes come in many different styles and color combinations and from different vendors, we may not have the exact bike you want in stock. Please contact us for the latest availability.
Why do some bike that say "Online Only"?
A. Generally we only stock the most popular bikes from Firmstrong, GreenLine and Micargi at our warehouse, but there are some models, that can be ordered with local pick-up at the warehouse in Orange or at the manufacturers facility. The ordering infomation for each bike states the location available for local pick-up.
How do I determine which size bike is right for me?
A: A 26" cruiser is well suited for anyone 5'
- 6' 8". Adjusting the handlebars and seat post will
allow people on the taller or shorter end of the spectrum
to ride the bicycle comfortably. For someone less than 5',
our 24" cruiser would be more comfortable.
General Size Guidelines
20" Cruiser: Adult with a 21 to 27-inch inseam.
24" Cruiser: Adult with a 29 to 33.5-inch inseam.
26" Cruiser: Adult with a 33.5-inch or greater inseam
How close are the swatches to the bike colors?
A: We have tried to replicate the color swatches as close as possible to the paint color, but you can never replicate the exact bike color on the computer. The bike images should be closer to the actual paint color than the swatches.
Do you have a showroom?
A: No. Our warehouse is for picking up local orders only. Please see our contact page for our warehouse location.
How long does shipping take and how much will it cost?
A: Please allow 7-10 business
days for your order to be processed and delivered. Most orders
arrive in 5-7 days from the time you order, however shipments to the east coast may
take considerably longer. Most bikes are shipped using either FedEx
or UPS Ground. The
package weighs approximately 38-60 lbs. and is about 55-80" long. For delivery rates, please see the table below for all 20",
24" and 26" cruisers.

Can I order a bike with local pick-up?
A: Yes. If you live in Orange County and would like
to pick up your bike(s) at our warehouse, just select In-Store
Pickup at checkout. A service fee of $5 per bike is added to your order. Once your bike is ready for pickup,
a OC Beach Bike representative will contact you. Bikes picked up at our Orange County warehouse are
usually ready 3-5 business days after ordering. Our warehouse is

Other local pick-up locations
Some manufacturers allow local pick-up of bikes in lieu of shipping. Just select In-Store
Pickup at checkout. The service fees per bike still applies but the bikes are
usually ready in 1-2 business days.

Do you ship overseas or internationally?
A: Yes and No. We can ship to Hawaii and Canada, but the cost of the shipping ranges between $100 and $160 per bike and all sales are final. The customer is responsible for all duties and fees for their respective region. Due to the high shipping costs we do not ship internationally. For shipments outside of the U.S. and Canada please visit Bongo International.
Why is Oversized Shipping Required?
A: Some bikes have to be packed in larger boxes that require additional shipping charges. Unfortunately this is beyond our control and is set by the shipping company. The shipping surcharge is stated for each bike. This surcharge is in addition to our standard shipping charges.
Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will be provided a
tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers sometimes don't make it into the shipping system until the evening. If you recieved a shipping update from us and the tracking number is not found, please try again later.
Is assembly required?
A: Yes. Your bicycle will arrive 80%
assembled. The remainder of assembly is straight forward and
takes approximately 15-20 minutes. Please see our Bike

for details on how to assemble your new bike.
How can I order fenders?
A: Some of the bikes we sell have the option to add
fenders. If the bike you are purchasing has the option to add
fenders they will show up when ordering. Please select "Add
Fenders" or "Add Chrome Fenders" to your order. Note that adding fenders is
a $20 premium to the posted price, but shipping is free. Fenders are shipped separately.
What should I do if I recieve a damaged bike?
A: Unfortunatley sometimes a bike will arrive damaged.
