Carefully unpack the cruiser, using the box or a soft towel for a work surface or as extra padding.
Begin assembly of the bike by loosening the bolts on the front fork, then sliding on the front tire. Tighten the bolts by hand then use a 5/8” wrench to secure the front wheel to the fork. Make sure the curve in the fork faces forward, otherwise your feet will contact the front wheel when turning.
The handlebars should be attached to the stem. Insert the stem into the opening at the top of the fork (fig. 1) and find your desired height. After adjusting the height, tighten the bolt on top of the handlebars (fig. 2) using a Allen wrench. Next, adjust the handlebars to achieve your desired angle. Start by loosening the hex bolt (fig. 3) and adjusting the handlebars. Once you are comfortable with the angle, tighten the hex bolt down (fig. 4) to secure the bars in place.
Assemble the seat by inserting the seat post into the seat hole on the bottom (fig. 1) and tighten the bolt using a 14 mm wrench. Next, insert the seat and post into the bike frame (fig. 2) and adjust to the desired height. Tighten the hex bolt on the seat post (fig. 3) to secure the seat in place.
The left pedal will screw on in a counter clockwise motion and the right will screw on in a clockwise motion. A final tightening may be needed using a 5/8" wrench.
The rear wheel should come attached to the bike frame. Check and tighten the bolts if necessary.
The bike should now be fully assembled.
Fender Assembly Directions
Firmstrong

Most Firmstrong models allow you to add fenders. The fenders are attached via three chrome support brackets. One (1) for the front wheel and two (2) for the rear. Begin by attaching the front fender to the bolt on the back side of the fork (fig. 1). The support bracket attach to the fork (fig. 2) and to the fender itself using the supplied screws (fig. 3 & 4).

The rear fender is attached to the bike using the two (2) remaining brackets. Secure the brackets to the fender (fig. 5) then to the rear frame (fig. 6). It is best to tighten all the bolts after you secure the bottom fender bolt (fig. 7) to the frame to allow for adjustment, as this screw is in a tight spot between the fender and the tire (fig. 8). Now you can tighten down all the screws.
Micargi

Micargi fenders attach to the fork via the axel (fig. 1) and the rear frame (fig. 2) as shown. Most models will have the rear fender installed but you may have to secure the screw to the bottom frame like in the figure 7 of the Firmstrong instructions above.
GreenLine

GreenLine fenders attach to the fork via the axel (fig. 1) and the rear frame (fig. 2) as shown. Most models will have the rear fender installed but you may have to secure the screw to the bottom frame like in the figure 7 of the Firmstrong instructions above.
